The Endurance Cold Plunge is shipped on a pallet enclosed in a crate to ensure complete safety during transportation. Your plunge will be delivered curbside to your home or business.
We offer a 3 year limited warranty on the stainless steel tub and a 1 year parts warranty on the mechanical, electrical and plumbing components.
Ensure the plunge remains in top condition by regularly replacing the 20 micron water filter. It is recommended to change the water in the tub every 1-2 months, considering how often it is used.
Changing the water is as simple as opening the drain provided in the mechanical compartment and allowing the water to drain out of the tub. Depending on use, we recommend changing the water every 3-6 months.
We do accept returns provided the customer pays for return freight. All returns within 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns outside of the 30 day window are not accepted.
The Endurance is powered by a standard 120V dedicated 15 amp outlet. The unit comes standard with a 15 Amp GFCI outlet.
